How long does delivery take?
Most Singhar E Khaas orders leave within 24–48 hours and arrive in 2–5 business days, with tracking. Makeup and jewellery are packed to travel; décor may take a little longer if sized large.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes — cash on delivery is available nationwide wherever our couriers support it. You can also pay securely online at checkout.
What can I return?
Unopened makeup, unused accessories, bags, and décor can be returned within 7 days. Sealed intimate wear cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene. Damaged-on-arrival items are always replaced or refunded.
Is shipping free?
Orders over Rs. 4,000 ship free. Below that, a small delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
How do you pack intimate wear?
Intimate wear is sealed before it leaves us and packed in a plain outer parcel — no product names on the box. If a seal arrives broken, contact us within 48 hours.
